Terms & Conditions

• A deposit is required for weekend bookings.
• Kindly advise your approximate time of arrival if your eta
  is not between 4 - 6 pm - thank you.
• Orchard House is closed from mid-December to mid-January.
• At weekends we only accept two night bookings.
• Sorry, we don't have credit card facilities.
