Both Noel, my husband, and I care very much about our world and immediate environment.
We try to live our lives and run our business along these
lines.
We live in the beautiful county of Shropshire and love the quiet unspoilt countryside. We aim to maintain the beauty of our surroundings and try to minimise the impact of our business on the environment.
The products we use are plant-based and natural, where possible - without diminishing their powers. However we aim to maintain high standards for our guests and their comfort is paramount.
We belong to Local to Ludlow and also Be Sustainable Buy Local and we do our best to source only local and organic products from in and around Ludlow for our breakfasts from the regular farmers' markets and local businesses in the area. We support the local recycling services and compost our household waste where possible.
